PCD profile drawing dies
Drawing NF-metal-alloys as well as high-alloy steel, profile drawing dies
with polycristalline diamond (PCD) have shown a very good performance
with a service life up to 100 times higher compared to tungsten carbide
tools. oranien produces PCD profile drawing dies of all common shapes,
such as square, rectangular, hexagonal, and various others with smallest
corner radius and tolerances for tool diagonals up to 10 mm (larger dimensions
have to be tested). Due to innovative polishing methods, a superior surface
quality can be realized, for the die, and as a result, for the drawn profile
as well.
